Built over two levels with over 900m2 of floor space, this administration centre is the landmark and statement building for the school campus. Constructed using traditional commercial construction techniques of reinforced and pre-cast concrete and banded face brickwork, the design seeks to portray a restrained academic statement befitting of a private school without being a stickler for tradition. The plan form, progression and arrangement of the internal spaces following an inverted U shape facilitate connectivity, accessibility and communication within all of the school administration departments.
