An industrial development comprising of a series of single storey strata titled factory units and a two storey office/showroom complex. A tilt panel concrete construction system was developed and proved to be the most economic solution by way of maximising structural spans and providing a walling system to shape and form the required enclosed spaces. The concrete’s inherent blandness and lack of depth provided an ideal stimulus in which to seek out alternate solutions for dynamic roof forms to give the project its architectural form and identity.

Attention to the detailing and placement of concrete embedments ensured that sculptural elements of the buildings façade were not compromised. Glazing and roofing tradesmen of the highest calibre were sought to conclude the exceptional standard of finishes to the project including the curtain walling systems and free-form roof shapes.
