This food and beverage concept will be the first in a national roll out at the forefront and the dawn of a new age of boutique breweries. Seeking inspiration from the emerging Gastro-pub movement across the world, this venue will bridge the gap and lay the trend of the merging of fine bohemian food and beer. The first concept venue situated in the centre of the cappuccino strip in the Port City of Fremantle follows the traditions of the great European market stalls, the ability to pick and graze from a central hub of beer production, and raw and cooked bohemian food. The interior space is devoid of cliché design statements and is founded on underlying principles which re-in force the unique brand and its food and beverage operations.
